It hurts to know that you have failed.
It hurts to know that you might disappoint your loved ones.
It hurts to know that your personal goals weren't achieved.
It hurts to know that all of your hard work had gone to waste.
It hurts to know that you have lost something that was so self-satisfying to you.
It hurts to know that
It hurts to know that you have drifted away from some of your loved ones.
It hurts to know that some things have changed and there's nothing that you can do.
It hurts to know that these changes happened so quickly.
But ultimately,
It won't hurt any longer if you choose to find peace & joy in Christ.
It won't hurt any longer if you constantly turn to Him alone for guidance, strength and wisdom to decipher certain issues.
It won't hurt any longer if you choose to fully surrender your worries unto Christ.
It won't hurt any longer if you have faith in Him, the only one who was holy and free from sin.
It won't hurt any longer if you choose to follow Him for all of your days.
It won't hurt any longer if He is placed the first in your heart.
My dad shared a quote with me today and I found it pretty relevant.
"Learn, Unlearn & Re-learn"
I'll be flying off tomorrow for a holiday with my family for 5 days and I'm so pumped for our annual trip together! Hoping that this trip would help me get my mind off certain things.
Love,
Char.
